  • What is Airport Meet and Assist or VIP Service?

      Meet and​ Assist or VIP Service is an exclusive passenger assistance service scheme designed to make the entire traveling processes easier, offering privileges such as personal meet & assist fast track advantage through a boutique service mentality.​​​

  • Can I book Airport Meet and Assist or VIP Service for every airport?

      With a global network of more than 500 city airports, we offer luxury concierge services including welcoming by an airport representative at the curbside on arrival, fast tracks throughout security/ passport process, where each step is designed with an innovative approach in order to eliminate any undesirable and avoidable struggle during your experience at the airport, saving you time and energy by avoiding queues and delivering you peace of mind.

  • How can I book?

      You can book through our website at, or place your request via 72 hours prior to your flight.
      If you need to make a booking at short notice (within 72 hours) or for more than 4 people, please contact us via e-mail provided above to enable us to check availability with our local representatives.​​

  • How do I get confirmation of my booking?

      The booking requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to service. AirportEasy contacts the Supplier for the incoming requests and sends an e-mail to the user within 12 hours at the latest to inform whether or not the request is confirmed.​​​

  • Where are the international meeting points situated?

      We will contact you a few days before the service to give you details of the point where our representative will meet you along with the name and cell phone number of the person meeting you.

      For arriving and connecting passengers; our representative will normally be waiting for you with a name board as you leave the aerobridge. However, in certain cases, where airport security regulations inhibit this, or where passengers are driven away from the aircraft on a bus, our representative will meet you at the closest point possible inside the terminal.

      For departing passengers; a meeting point will be arranged at or near the entrance to the terminal building.​​​

  • How can I pay for the service?

      ​The payment is required during booking over website or you can contact us through so we can take the payment via phone or via bank transfer prior to the service.

  • We would like to make a group booking for the Meet and Assist Service; is this possible?

      ​To make a booking for more than 4 people, please contact us via to enable us to check availability with our local representatives and offer you special discount.​​

  • Do you charge for children under 18 who travel on their own?

      ​Children traveling “alone” are charged individually.

  • Do you charge for infants?

      ​Services are free for children up to 2 years old. Please note that, there may be changes according to local airport’s terms and conditions. Children between 2 and 6 may be issued a 50% discount at some airports whilst they may be considered as adults in group bookings. Please contact for details. ​​

  • Can I book within 48 hours before the flight?

      25% and 50% surcharges are applicable for bookings made within 48 and 24 hours respectively for Meet and Assist Service. Extra charges may also be applicable for the service which is  subject to availability. The booking is confirmed subject to availability of the local representatives.​​​

  • Can I change the date and time of my reservation in cases of force majeure or problems arising from the airline?

      You can make changes to your booking in cases of problems arising from the airline. Changes required due to other reasons must be communicated to 48 hours in advance.​
